Wordless Wednesday Workout Fiend & New Blog

Ok, so first off, you probably noticed my blog looks a little different. I had a blog makeover and need to thank the wonderfully talented Stephanie of Dirt and Lace for all her hard work.  She also created my author blog look at Kori Donahue.  It was so much fun to work with her and change things up a bit.  I’m thrilled with how it turned out.  What do you think?

Moving right along, today is Wordless (Semi) Wednesday, and I know I’m talking quite a bit, but I’m linking up with the fabulous Daphne of Flip Flops and Pearls.  Head over and join us!

Since I’m on kind of a new workout kick (loving it!) I decided for today’s post to include some images that would hopefully inspire me and others to get healthy and moving.  Do you workout?  What are your secrets?  Any workouts you hate?  Have a great day friends!

    Love the new look! As for the workout stuff, it’s cool, but also laying a ‘guilt trip’ on me, with all the weight stuff I have collecting dust in the garage, and the elliptical trainer I use for a clothes rack now :-( Hey, maybe I will jump back on the ‘pain train’ soon, tho…

  4. Love your blog makeover! It looks great :) These photos make me feel like I need to workout asap! haha I love working out though, I try and run every morning.

    i spun everyday in the city and it was the BEST workout- miss that at home

    I hate to workout, the most I do is walk my dogs which is probably why I’ve gotten a little soft.
    But I bought a bike today so I can ride it to work, hopefully that will help me look like the girls in the pictures!

    I love classes from Zumba to kickboxing to yoga. I keep trying to like running, but I have a hard time enjoying it. (I even ran cross country in high school and never liked the running part.) Ha.

  14. I totally LOVE this! I am on a new workout kick too, lost a few pounds and feeling great! Headed to the gym as we speak and those pics are motivating! I want to look like those girls!! But they probably never had kids… :)

  15. Love the look on the blog great choice of colors. Thanks for the images, I love working out I do alot of walking and running which helps out alot. Dancing also is a great workout with videos or just the radio on you will geat a great workout! xo

    I love yoga as a work out. It’s also really helping me focus and keep strong during my pregnancy.
