New York Swagger

Today I’m linking up with the lovely Daphne of Flip Flops and Pearls for Wordless (Semi) Wednesday!  It’s hard to believe, but Fall fashion is among us.  I’m just barely getting into my shorts, and here we are ready to shop for boots, leggings, and sweaters.  I’m not ready yet, so don’t expect me to give up on my Summer themed posts, but look at these gorgeous looks from W Magazine.  It’s street fashion at it’s finest.  The spread shows uptown versus downtown chic. What look do you like better?

Or Downtown?

  1. When I saw this in my W last week, I swore that one of those models looks like a grown up version of Shiloh Jolie-Pitt!

  2. I do my best to concentrate on summer, but with the weather like we have it’s a pretty difficult task. Loving this editorial very much.

  3. I can’t even think about fall right now! We jsut barely got summer around here so I’m not giving it up just yet.

    I’m definitely an uptown girl!

  4. I love shoots like this. Cause nobody dresses like that, even if they wear some of the same pieces! It’s where fashion goes from everyday to magical!

  5. I love your style! SO CUTE! But I’m afraid that if I put some of those outfits on and did my hair as some of the models have theirs, I’d be getting some serious looks here in rural Northern Indiana!! :)

  6. I’ll be kicking and screaming when you try to tell me I can’t wear my sundresses and sandals until next year… but these photos are just gorgeous, my dear! The lovely collections are the one thing that I am looking forward to for fall.

  7. Gorgeous! I know it’s hard to believe that fall collections are really here … it’s sort of reminds me of when I used to work in magazines … we were always ahead three months each time we had to close an issue of US or Rolling Stone … so the December issue would be closing in September, with all of its holiday advertising. I have always loved autumn but this year I’m going to try to close my eyes to autumn until at least September, myself, as it’s going by so quickly!

Hope you’re having a lovely week, Kori ~
