Soap Stars Turned Famous

Good morning all!  I hope you had a great Friday and are on your way to a fun weekend.  I am attending a charity tea with my Mom tomorrow so it should be really fun.
I was looking through In Style Magazine and found an interesting feature.  I knew some famous actors who had their start on soaps, but had no idea how many there are!  Take a look.
Above is Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos from All My Children
Brad Pitt who was on Another World

Demi Moore was on General Hospital

Meg Ryan was on As The World Turns

Josh Duhamel was on All My Children

Sarah Michelle Gellar was on All My Children

John Stamos was on General Hospital

Ricky Martin was on General Hospital

Ryan Phillippe was on One Life to Live

Julianne Moore was on As The World Turns
Fun huh?  I have to admit I watched General Hospital and was in love with Miguel (Ricky Martin)!

  1. I was so addicted to General Hospital in high school! They replayed old episodes one summer, showing all the famous people back when. So much fun!

  2. is it just me or does the picture of Julian Moore look a lot like Leighton Meester? I thought it was Leighton until I read the caption!

  3. I used to know Mark Consuelos and Kelly Ripa before they were super famous! They are such nice people!

  4. Hello Josh & Ryan gosh I must admit that those pictures do them no justice to what they look like now which is smoking hot however you can tell back in their younger days they had great potential :) I just love those two sexy men….Great post Kori ;)

  5. LOL! You are not alone…my best friend growing up was in love with Miguel…I remember watching with her from time to time on “General Hospital!” Good times!
