Good morning. I apologize I have been a little MIA on Twitter and responding to blog posts this week. I rarely share anything personal on my blog, but have to tell you I am having a tough time this week. I have decided to get into shape and start on a healthy diet plan. The diet is simple, no biggie, I’ve done this before. I will stick to it and I know I will have success. The problem? The workout.
I started with a personal trainer this week, and have to tell you I am so frustrated and upset with myself. How on earth have I allowed myself to go my entire life without working out? I have absolutely no muscle tone and at 35 years of age am at step 1. I didn’t play sports in high school, and didn’t think you had to be in shape, just thin. I was so wrong. Now, I’m suffering the pain because of it.
I know it will get better and easier, but just wanted to say thank you to all my blogger and Twitter friends. You all are so supportive and I have to tell you you motivate me more than you know. I will keep you posted on my progress, and thanks for letting me vent a bit.
