Ok, so I don’t really watch this show, but am always fascinated at who signs on to play. When this show first started, I thought, “how sad, their careers are over and they have to resort to dancing game shows.” Now it seems that some well known stars want to get on the show. Here is this season’s line up. What do you think?

This is quite the line up! I don’t want usually but I’d love to see Pam Anderson up there (she’s lookin’ rough these days!) I went to high school with Nicole Scherzinger’s little sister so I’ll be rooting for her!!!

I have never watched Dancing with the Stars but the previews I’ve seen are laugh worthy. ANd I think the same thing: woops, career over!
I must say I’m laughing already at the thought of former astronaut Buzz Aldrin! That’s awesome!!!

I soooo second the Kate Gosselin yuck! And someone please tell me how she is going to parent her children who live in PENNSYLVANIA for crying out loud while she is shaking her booty for a few more minutes of fame in L.A. Someone should stop her already!!! 🙂

And I don’t get how they’re letting Nicole from the PCD’s do the show. She’s a professional dancer! Not ballroom obviously, but still a dancer.

Can’t wait to be a follower, and I love the Wizard of Oz, seriously one of my favorite movies. Love the trivia you had!

I love this show because I love dancing. I really get into it, but I usually dislike the few first episodes. The Paso Doble is my favorite dance of them all.
I’m hoping Kate gets off first, followed by Shannen. Evan is going to be great, I think!
I don’t watch this either, but did a few years ago when Kristi Yamaguchi was on – yeah, Ima huge figure skating fan. So I’ll have to watch this one and support dear Evan! 🙂

Kate What’s her face should be home with her children…..Shannon the bad girl is a has been & I foresee Mr. Buzz dancin’ & slappin’ his knee like Jed Clampett!! Good ole’ Pam can shock the world when she gets a black-eye from all that is artificial!!
Now I don’t watch this show but come on producers…..Can’t you find a better, less public way for people to hummuliate themselves??
I think this “reality” show is trash!! Not worth watching!!

i have no idea who any of the men are except for Buzz Aldrin and sadly he’ll probably be the first to go. and Kate G., ugh. Pam Anderson and Shannon Doherty should be interesting. If you think train wrecks are interesting, that is. What a weird lineup this season! I’ll be rooting for Niecy!

Please God let Niecy Nash win. I LOVE that girlfriend! And I agree–Nicole Sherzing-whatever should not be allowed to compete, although maybe just because you can dirty dance doesn’t mean you can waltz, too. I think I’m going to enjoy this season.
What I always dislike is the token REAL dancer. A PussyCat Doll???

Getting PAID to dance = you should not be on Dancing with the Stars.

We have the original version of this here in England and they have only shown the last 2 seasons of DWTS over here….I was hooked!!
I don’t know who half the participants even are but I still love it! I would say though that Nicole of the PCD must surely have an advantage….even tho I know people will argue that she does a totally different type of dancing.
That gorgeous French guy (whose name I cannot even remember!) was my favourite contestant….man, he could dance!! Gilles Marini, that’s him!!
Always interesting when there are people who you think might be quite good and then they have two left feet and are terrible…Denise Williams, Kim Kardashian and that Hugh Hefner’s ex spring to mind!!
Pamela Anderson is usually good value, am looking forward to her 🙂
