Good morning! I’m back at work today after my long 2-weeks off. I’m kind of glad to tell you the truth. I have so much to do and like the distraction. I’m also back to writing for book #2 so I hope to have something to show for all the hard work soon!
I saw so many adorable cake pops on Pinterest over the season, that I’m finally inspired to make some of my own. I’m thinking maybe a Valentine’s Day treat for my teacher’s aides? Any tips? I’d love some feedback on any that you’ve made. Have a fantastic Tuesday!

I love cake pops & made my 3rd batch for our Christmas party. The trick is the candy coating- takes a bit of practice! I’m just linking the two posts I’ve written w/some key tips. I had to combine a couple of recipes b/c none seemed to include all the tricks! Let me know how yours go!!!
